Beechwood has gone through quite a few changes over the past year, seemingly rotating chefs and menus every month. Roy Choi has recently stepped in to save the day, bringing his “thick ass burgers” with him! Although Beechwood is set for yet another redesign and new concept soon, the burger Roy has created for the menu is still here and ready for devouring!
